The meal plans found in New Life Promise are not vegetarian or vegan. We include all wholesome, natural foods, and that does include some naturally raised beef, poultry, fish, and eggs. But that doesn't mean you can't follow this program if you don't eat meat! This post provides some guidance for how you can make the meal plans work for you while following a plant-based diet.

The New Life Promise plan includes a variety of wholesome, natural foods that the Lord has given us. We do not recommend any heavily processed foods or anything artificial. We do not use artificial sweeteners in our plans as those items have been heavily linked to cancer and weight gain. They have also been shown to make sugar cravings much worse. This post provides a list of many of the foods we do include, as well as a sample meal plan for the New Life Promise program.
