My pharmacy and supermarket all carry different brands of Omega-3s. Can’t I just buy one of those brands?

As much as it may be easier to just grab an Omega-3 supplement off the shelf at your local CVS, grocery store or Costco, I highly encourage you not to. I really love fish and other foods that are high in Omega-3s. Can I just increase my portion of those foods?
