What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase the New Life Promise Plan with your credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express). We do not accept PayPal at this time.

What is your refund policy?

If you are unhappy with your products for any reason at all, please contact us within 60 Days of your purchase and we will refund your money. No questions asked. That’s 2 whole months for you to enjoy the program. 😊

Do I receive a hard copy of the New Life Promise plan or is it an online program?

Yes and yes! The New Life Promise plan is available in hard copy form and also available immediately via digital download (gotta love the internet!). The hard copy is offered at no extra charge, we just ask that you cover the cost of shipping. If you do not see the shipping charge on your receipt, please contact our wonderful Customer Service team below and they will help you get a hard copy mailed to your home.

Is your program Keto, Paleo, or Vegetarian?

The New Life Promise plan is not a keto, paleo, or vegetarian program. We believe God provided us with a variety of wonderful foods to nourish our bodies, so we do not eliminate any food groups. If there is any particular food you don’t enjoy, we give you simple strategies to make substitutions.

I am allergic to dairy. Can I still follow the New Life Promise meal plans?

Yes. The New Life Promise plan does include some dairy, but these foods can be easily swapped out with healthy nondairy alternatives like almond milk, coconut milk, cashew milk, almond yogurt, cashew yogurt, or coconut yogurt.

I don’t have a lot of time to cook. Can I still follow this plan?

We have created each recipe to require minimal preparation and cooking. With that being said, it will still require some shopping and cooking on your part, so yes, a few pots and pans may get dirty in the process. 😉

I have a large family. Can I make this food for my family?

Yes, yes and yes. The meals included in the New Life Promise plan are not just nutritious, they are absolutely delicious (as has been told to us by our members and their families). These meals are perfect for your whole family and we’ve been told even cranky teenagers love them. 😉

I'm already a member and I have a specific question about following the program (ex: food choices, meal plans, recipes, weight loss results).
