Does the New Life Promise Plan require any special shakes or supplements to follow the program?

Absolutely not. We believe wholesome, real food is truly the best way to nourish your body. Although there are many high-quality supplements on the market today, none of those are necessary to experience the incredible results our members have seen with the New Life Promise meal plans.

I have several food allergies/intolerances. Will this program still work for me?

The New Life Promise meal plans can be easily modified to exclude any foods you are unable to eat. Our meal plans are gluten-free and do not include any soy products. Foods like dairy and eggs can be easily swapped for other delicious proteins for anyone with allergies. With so many delicious foods and meals to choose from, you will be able to make any necessary modifications quickly and easily.

How do I log into my New Life Promise account?

You should have received an email containing your username and password shortly after completing your purchase. If you haven't seen this in your inbox, please check your spam folder. That email will also contain a link to help you log in to your account. Can't find that email? You can reset your password HERE using the email address you purchased with.

Do I need a special program to view the manuals from my new Life Promise Account?
